How it works

Stage 3
Assess route and destination reality
Restrictions, kerbside conditions, access, timing and handling.
Stage 4
Accept, reprice or decline
A categorical decision naming the conditions that caused it.
Stage 5
Capture the actual outcome
Waiting, access problems, handling and the final result.
A captured outcome can improve confidence at that destination when the operator has permitted it for that use. Without a captured, permitted outcome, nothing is learned.
