Privacy notice

When you complete a pilot or contact form we handle the information you supply—name, work email, organisation, website, sector, volume band, country, stated delivery problem and message—for the purpose of replying to your enquiry and assessing pilot suitability. We do not run automated sales email sequences.

Enquiry records are held in Deliverd's protected administrative area. Where the shared One Fleet Technologies outreach workspace is not connected, records remain in Deliverd only and are labelled “Corporate CRM connection pending”.

Job records, driver notes, waiting times, photographs and outcome records are operational evidence belonging to the operating customer. They are private to authorised users of that account. Deliverd does not publish residential evidence, customer addresses, recipient details, driver names or vehicle registrations, and does not operate a public map of private delivery addresses.

Deliverd Driver requests device location only in connection with an active assigned job, with an explanation and permission, and it can be refused. Timestamps recorded are operational records; they are not legally certified timestamps.

Enquiry records are retained while there is a legitimate prospect of a pilot discussion and then deleted. Operational evidence is retained under the pilot or customer agreement covering it. To ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted, contact privacy@deliverd.live.
