Charging Reality

What charging actually does on this vehicle

Advertised charger power is not the charge you receive. VeriEV records what a vehicle actually accepted, how long the stop really took, and whether the site physically worked for that vehicle.

Coming next

Charging evidence capture is being built. Live charger availability is not currently included.

What is recorded

  • · Charge added, session duration and average rate actually achieved.
  • · Starting and ending state of charge, and temperature at the time.
  • · Physical suitability: height clearance, cable reach, bay length and access for a loaded vehicle.
  • · Whether the stop worked first time, and what went wrong when it did not.

How it is used

Charging evidence raises the confidence of the Battery Passport and sharpens journey checks: the charge-duration estimate in a job check is only as good as the charging performance actually observed for that vehicle.

Boundaries

VeriEV does not process payments, reserve bays, act as a roaming provider or publish live charger status. Charger data is only used where it has been supplied through an authorised integration, a published dataset or a recorded observation.
