Integration concept

Not which loads are nearby. Which loads this vehicle can complete profitably and reliably right now.

Job exchanges answer where a load is, where it must go and when. Deliverd would add the intelligence that is missing before quoting: whether this particular vehicle, on its present charge, with this driver’s costs, can complete the job at a realistic delivery time and a rate worth accepting.

The decision a courier makes several times a day: is this job worth quoting for, can my van complete it, and when could I really deliver it?

Technical boundary

No feed is reproduced

Deliverd does not scrape or reproduce any exchange job feed. Job information would only ever be ingested through:

  • · An authorised exchange or TMS API
  • · A documented partner integration
  • · A connection the driver authorises for their own jobs
  • · Manual entry, or a job shared to Deliverd by the driver, while an integration is being agreed

Exchanges publicly describe API and third-party system integration, but the incoming-job fields and permissions available to an owner-driver integration are not publicly documented. Those must be confirmed with the operator’s API specialists before any connection is described as live. Nothing here is a partnership, endorsement or agreed integration, and no exchange data is held.

Three distances, not one

A £180 job covering 200 loaded miles can look reasonable until the empty miles, the return, public charging, charger diversion and queue risk, clean-air and toll exposure and four or five hours of total working time are counted.

Empty miles to collection

Unpaid on almost every job, and paid for in energy and time.

Loaded miles

The only distance most quotes consider.

Repositioning miles

Getting home, back to a depot, or into an area where further work is likely. Frequently ignored, and frequently the miles that decide whether the job was worth taking.

What one offered job produces

Operational decision

Categorical
  • · Quote
  • · Quote with a charging plan
  • · Quote only above your figure
  • · Further information required
  • · Do not quote

No invented score, and no market rate. Each outcome names the supplied fact behind it.

Journey

Mileage
  • · Current position to collection
  • · Collection to delivery
  • · Delivery to home, depot or likely working area
  • · Charging detour miles
  • · Total operational mileage
  • · Loaded compared with empty mileage

Timing

Realistic, not guaranteed
  • · Earliest collection arrival
  • · Expected loading time
  • · Direct delivery estimate
  • · Any required charging stop
  • · Toilet or food-stop overlap
  • · Queue uncertainty
  • · Final-metre access allowance
  • · Realistic delivery window
  • · Disrupted estimate using charger Plan B

Energy

Never plan for 0%
  • · Current charge
  • · Expected charge at collection
  • · Expected charge before charging
  • · Charge required
  • · Expected delivery charge
  • · Expected return charge
  • · Operating reserve

Cost

Driver-set figures

· Home or depot energy already in the battery

· Public charging required

· Charging detour energy

· ULEZ exposure

· Clean Air Zone exposure

· Congestion charging

· Tolls

· Parking

· Estimated total job cost

· Minimum worthwhile quote

· Resulting £ per operational mile

· Resulting £ per working hour

ULEZ, Clean Air Zones, congestion charging and tolls remain separate: they are different schemes with different rules. Deliverd uses the figures the driver enters and does not claim regulatory compliance or hold authoritative current scheme data.

The driver sets their own figures

Target hourly earnings, minimum loaded-mile rate, electricity costs, preferred reserve, home destination, maximum empty miles, maximum unpaid repositioning and willingness to use public charging are all the driver’s. Deliverd never dictates a universal “correct” price.

Where memory changes the answer

Without memory, a mapping service calculates driving time. With authorised memory at the collection or delivery — how long loading normally takes, when the rear bay closes, whether a long-wheelbase van can turn, the carrying distance, the entrance that is not the postcode entrance — Deliverd estimates operational time, which is what makes or breaks the quote.

Where product structure sits

A job exchange provides

The job opportunity: where the load is, where it must go, and when.

Mapping provides

Routes, traffic and zone geometry.

The mission engine provides

Range, charge, reserve and realistic timing.

ChargeWise CX evidence provides

Whether the required charging stop will actually work.

Deliverd Memory provides

Collection and delivery reality, from authorised records.

Deliverd provides

Quote, conditional quote or decline.

What it could reduce

  • · Unsuitable quotes
  • · Late collections
  • · Charge-related delivery delays
  • · Empty mileage
  • · Scrolling and mental arithmetic before quoting
  • · Jobs accepted without considering the return
  • · Disputes about unrealistic delivery times

The quoting demonstration is inside the existing check, under “A job offered to me to quote”. Every figure and record shown is fictional.
